Individuals:
$40 per month, or $455 per year
$35 per month with group discount *, or $395 per year
Families:
$60 per month for first 2 members, $10 per month for each additional member at the same address, or $670 per year plus $10 per month per additional member
$50 per month, with group discount * for first 2 members, $10 per month for each additional member, or $550 per year plus $10 per month per additional member
There is $100 maximum fee for large families per month, or $1150 per year
If you refer a friend to the program, you will receive one month of membership free as a thank you from WholistiCARE.
The prices quoted per year apply if the entire amount is paid at one time with cash, check, credit or debit card.
* A group is considered 5 or more individuals or 5 families that sign up at the same time.
